Currently, we export products to the Baltic States, Poland, Italy, Slovenia, Georgia and Israel. We are also the leading Ukrainian supplier of textile products for the needs of the UN structural units in Ukraine, the Red Cross Society, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, Ukrainian Railways, and other departmental structures and non-profit organizations.

TK-Domashniy Tekstyl is the largest supplier of professional textiles and workwear for hotels and restaurants. Our clients include worldwide networks such as Fairmont, Hyatt, and Radisson, among many others. We offer comprehensive solutions for the HoReCa sector, encompassing both our own products and imported goods from world-renowned brands.

TK-Domashniy Tekstyl, a part of the Textile Contact group of companies, has become the leader in the production of finished textile products in Ukraine after more than 25 years of successful operation. We participate annually in all leading textile exhibitions, both in Ukraine and in EU countries, as well as in China and the Middle East. We maintain strict control over norms and working conditions, completely excluding the possibility of child labor. Additionally, we acknowledge that the accumulation of textile waste is a significant concern for many textile enterprises.

TK-Domashniy Tekstyl employs textile fiber regeneration technology, which breathes new life into outdated fabrics, clothes, and home decorations. Any textile waste generated during our production process is also subject to utilization. Through this process, raw materials are transformed into regenerated cotton wool, which is then used as a filling material in the production of mattresses, pillows, and furniture. This approach significantly minimizes our environmental impact.

PRODUCTION
The central part of the assortment is produced at our factories, which are located in Kyiv, Odesa, and Chernihiv. The total production area is more than 10,000 m2, which employs more than 500 people. The sewing areas are equipped with modern Juki and Brother industrial equipment, which achieves the highest quality in the production of products and minimizes defects. All production is certified according to the ISO 9001 quality management system and the ISO 14001 environmental management system. The manufactured fabrics have the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 safety certificate.

Production of knitted clothes and special-purpose clothes
At the end of 2020, we established a new tailoring enterprise, TK-Profiteks. The production facility is equipped with modern, computerized spreading and cutting complexes, ensuring high quality while significantly reducing production time. As of today, it employs 120 people.

Special attention is paid to the production of textiles for newborns. TK-Home Tekstyl is a manufacturer of knitted and textile products for the Baby Box state financial support program, with a monthly output of 370,000 items for newborns. In 2018, in collaboration with UNOPS, we were the first to manufacture and deliver the required volume of Baby Box sets on time to all maternity hospitals in Ukraine.

Production of fabrics
The asset portfolio of TK-Home Tekstyl includes the only finishing plant in Ukraine that manufactures cotton fabrics for home textiles, workwear, and children's textiles. Founded in 2019, the enterprise employs over 80 people, and its production capacities reach a monthly volume of 500,000 running meters of fabric. The fabrics we manufacture are certified according to the Oeko-Tex Standard 100, which guarantees the use of only safe dyes and reactants in production.

Production of fillers
The high-performance garneting and fiber regeneration line minimizes waste in textile production by manufacturing sewing cotton. This cotton is used as a natural filler for the production of cotton mattresses, as well as for batting and other nonwoven fabrics.

The equipment from the European brand Befama enables the production of up to 5 tons of sewing cotton per shift. Powerful presses at the end of the conveyor line compact the cotton into bales that are convenient for transportation.

Production of framed and cotton mattresses

The production of cotton and framed mattresses accommodates the use of various filling materials. These include coconut coir, seaweed, and various seed husks, as well as more conventional fillers like batting, cotton, polyurethane foam, and others.

Pillow production line
The company's product range features pillows with various fillers, including siliconized fiber, hollow fiber, silk, bamboo, tencel, and more. Our production line is capable of producing up to 1,500 pillows per shift.

Quilting shop

The quilting shop is equipped with five high-performance quilting machines, including computerized quilting and embroidery machines. This setup enables the manufacture of a wide range of blanket and coverlet products, catering to both home textiles and the HoReCa sector.
